The Transfer of Energy
One is energy, and all energy is One. Humanity is a form of One’s endless source of abundant energy. Animals, bugs, flowers, oceans, and even fungus are among other forms of energy. Ranging from galactic mass, to cellular form, all existence creates the sum of One. All is One, and One is everything.
Life is energy, and life is change. All form is molded by the mutable behavior of energy over time; this is in unison with the seasons, and we interpret these energetic changes through sensory awareness. The Human form responds to five physical senses (sight, taste, touch, smell, and sound) while other organisms have spectrums ranging from one to five sense, or beyond. When a sense is triggered, it sends a signal to the brain and the mind becomes aware of the sense, thus awareness is generated. When the brain generates awareness, it can persuade the essence of form to act; this process is called consciousness. Any form that has bodily senses will generate consciousness, and all consciousness is energy. All energy is One.
Using consciousness, a form can adapt, monitor, or observe changing energy within their environment. The human body is one form, and form is many; form is the reaction to changes in energy over time. Flowers are form, rivers are form, bird is form, rain is form, lightening is form, grasshopper is form, mountains are form, Earth is form, field is form, child is form, and sunlight is form. All forms are classified in two major types: form with a body, or form without a body (bodiless form).
The body of any form is a vehicle for the essence of energy to generate consciousness through its senses. In order for a body to keep the senses awake, we must fuel our body with sustainable energy; this is the essence of food, hydration, sunlight, ocean waves, vitamins, minerals, air, and all this sustainable energy is called Prana, or the lifeblood. If body of form was an instrument, then the bodiless form is air. When air is pushed through the instrument, a sound vibration creates a transfer of energy we call music. Prana, the air in the instrument, is the energetic fuel that keeps our sensory awareness sustained within a body. Prana is the essence of everything that sustains life; the essence of all pieces is the One.
Given the form of a body, directed by a mind, how will the ego guide a human form through an entire lifetime?
Ego is the unique of aspect form; if cardboard boxes are form, then the barcode, or the wear and tear on each box, is the ego. Ego is not the form, but a way to differentiate beings of the same form; it is our uniqueness. The form we call “I,” or “me,” is the ego’s center where our awareness can be directed. The ego’s duty is to protect the essence of the form so that energy continues to survive and multiply into more senses to generate consciousness. Just as an instrument pairs with air to make music, the human form breathes air to emit a vibration of it’s own; this is our consciousness. Music, poetry, dance, sport, and all sorts of devotions create consciousness, or art, which can be summed up as a creative consequence to our actions. The purpose of the instrument is to inspire through music, and so the purpose of life is to inspire those around us through our own individual talents and gifts.
If we are the result of all our choices, then the ego is our perception of how our choices have affected us in the body. This egotistical viewpoint is only an opinion, or an illusion, because the truth behind our form is the result of each bite of food, every step traveled, all substances drank, each conversation had, and every choice we make. Each form is molded by a journey through change, while the ego is only an active/passive participant within the mind. Only when the ego is tamed are we able to find union with higher Self. The One is the higher Self.
There are seven Yogic paths to find union with the higher Self: Hatha (Balance), Karma (Selfless), Raja (Meditation/Prayer), Jhana (Intellect), Japa (Vibration of sound or music), Bhakti (Devotion), and Tantra (Energetic). All aspects of art can be nourished and sustained through Yoga. Tantra could represent dance, Karma can be the classroom play teaching our youth a story of our ancestors, while Bhakti is the path of devotion to God by developing the masterpiece deep within the individual’s form.
Only when a form tames it’s ego can a form become aware of the higher Self. The ego can be dissolved, and this change does not occur within the realm of the five human senses; it happens through awareness on the Chakra plane. A Chakra is an energetic center where awareness is generated, yet unknown to our physical senses; we must practice long and hard before we understand this sacred transfer of energy through Chakra centers. Union can occur with practice, over a long period of time, after all Prana is centered within our form. Once we are centered, or balanced, we can come closer to the state of Oneness within the Self, or Samdhi, and here we observe peace, non-attachment, and liberation of form. The One cannot be understood, but it can be realized, and the way to realize the One is to become united with all energy. All paths of Yoga are available to unite us with energy in different ways.
Union with the Self is the ultimate goal of all energy, but the transfer of energy is always changing through each moment of every day. The simplest way to undergo a transfer energy is through proximity to other forms. This could include passing someone on the sidewalk (known as Passing-Prana), or it could happen by Communication-Prana, Television-Prana, Computer Prana, YouTube-Prana, Facebook-Prana, Netflix-Prana, Instagram-Prana, Porn-Prana, Gossip-Prana, Relationship-Prana, Hand Shake-Prana, or Hug-Prana. All these forces of Proximity-Prana have a direct impact on form, just as Virtual-Prana (Video messages/meetings, telephone calls, texts, and app based Prana) can also have a long distance effect on form even if not all senses are triggered. For better or for worse, the transfer of energy occurs when we observe, pass by, or interact with another form of energy. The most intimate transfer of Proximity-Prana happens during sexual intercourse, when all five senses are engaged. Once the bodies form a connection, the chakra energy can culminate to peak and meet the energy of the One, thus reproduction occurs; this is the essence, or the seed, of life. When it comes to Proximity-Prana, energy is often balanced between forms. If you tend to generate high levels or energy, a low level form of energy can attach to you (if you allow it) and drain your source.
Healing is a form of the transfer of energy, and so is harm. Unbalanced energy in one form can have a negative, or unbalanced, result on another form (mental, physical, emotional, and/or spiritual aspects). In order for healing to occur, the form must first accept the healing, thus the second way to transfer energy occurs through Choice-Prana. We are what we eat. We are where we sleep. We are what we think. We are how we live. We are whom we surround ourselves with and we are the results of our choices. All our choices become the weight of our life choices; all form is a reflection of it’s choices. We are a reflection of the Earth, and our planet is a reflection of us. We are result of our choices, and only if our choices improve, will all Earthly forms improve. All forms are here together, and all forms are One.
The third way to transfer energy is through observation. In Quantum Mechanics, Schrodinger’s Equation proves that the behavior of a wave particle changes when observed by the senses; simply stated, observation affects the phenomena being observed. There are two ways to observe: internal or external. Internal observation, or meditation, is when a form’s energy comes to observe itself through it’s own senses, or lack of senses. There are various forms of meditation: contemplation, stillness, and breathing among others possibilities. In general, the practice of meditation is the observation of our nature through the mind, body, and/or spirit. Meditation is not a place to go, or something to do, it is the stillness we observe when all senses are united and present together. When a form reaches a state of meditation, Chakra healing occurs to the individual’s form.
If we are to heal our own planet, then we must observe how each living city is a result of it’s own unique energy. Energy was transferred by means of tectonic shifts, volcanic eruptions, and even from the waste of humans. Milan is different than New York, which is unique from Nepal, which is unlike Brazil. The energy under the land is the same energy that sprouts above the land: as above, so below. Just as India is different from its westward cousin of the Americas, visible changes appear in flowers, vegetation, elevation, animals, language, religion, tradition, geology, climate, and human lifestyle. The regional-Prana is a uniqueness of the region; therefore our ego stems from the regional-Prana where we were born and reside in.
Travelers, wanders, and nomads undergo many aspects of the transfer of energy as they roam through various regional-Prana hubs. On the other extreme, a hermit withdraws from regional-Prana and is the result of the stillness of the dwelling. Only in a cave can a hermit learn that Om is the vibration of present moment, just as the Traveler learns that Om is the vibration occurring everywhere, at every moment, throughout all of the existence.
All Prana acquired over a lifetime changes the mutable aspect of form to fulfill it’s potential. Form is the result of direct Prana intake (food, sunlight, vitamins, water, vegetables, and/or meat/alcohol/drugs), as well as the secondary Prana exposure emitted by contact with other forms of energy (living forms, city forms, object form, habitual form, and experience form). The health of any form is based on the Prana that serves a form’s physical, mental, and spiritual nature. Similarly, the form’s mental health is based on its spiritual condition to our source, and the physical health is a reflection of the form’s mental state; the spirit affects the mind, and the mind affects the body.
Every living form was created to sense energy, and once our form is finished sensing, the final transfer of energy occurs and the source of our internal energy is unharmed. Energy cannot be created, nor destroy, and soon we will merge back into bodiless form to unite with the One. All previous choices become imprinted upon our essence, and this imprint echo’s through the Universe forever; like the ripple in a pond or a wave in the ocean. Everything is energy, and all energy is One.
If the day passes, and all your choices started with you in mind, then you have not gone undergone a complete transfer of energy. When the day the passes and “we” are the intention behind every action, thought, and choice, then we have completed the transfer of energy. The transfer or energy began long before we arrived, and it has been passed on a like a dream from our ancestors who carried it from generation to generation. Over thousands of years, human existence was guided by prophets, or forms that found union with the higher Self, who all willingly chose to complete their journey by fulfilling the sacred transfer of energy through union to the higher Self; these individuals were called Jesus, Buddha, Mother Theresa, and Allah among many other prophetic martyrs and saints. When a body finds union with the higher self, we are uniting our Chakra senses with the essence of the One; this is the journey of the Atman, or the hero’s path, said to be born of a virgin mother.
A day will come when all energy is balanced through Prana, with, or without, humanity. When that day comes, we will not view the world as the United States, Morocco, New Zealand, Nepal, Uganda, Belgium, Russia, France, Peru, Ireland, China, or the republic of any; we will know that we are One, because One is all energy. If humans can tame the pride behind our egos and reconnect with our spirit, then all other forms will be aware of our transfer of energy; including frogs, elephants, stingrays, hawks, earthworms, dragonflies, horses, cats, and dogs. When all energy is united together will we recognize our Oneness; only when all form lives united can the land bestow peace upon all forms.
If the instrument is out of tune, we make adjustments and try again. Not all instruments were created equal, and not all forms can find union with One’s source of energy while in a body. Humans were chosen to find this connection through our senses, but the question of life is not about who is chosen, or when the chosen One is coming to save us; the real question asks us who among us can adapt to save their own Self or spirit? The journey is not easy, but it is simple, and the choices we make affect everything around us. It is up to us to observe our senses so that our journey will prepare us for whatever lies ahead. All storms settle, and all tests will find completion; someday we’ll be called to let go of this body, then our essence can undergo the final transfer of energy. At that time, we’ll leave the ship at the shore and watch the essence carry us home to our source. All form is connected through energy, and all unique pieces of life make up the totality of the One.
Onward and upward, within then through, observe and be mindful because the journey is happening within you. If the ego is false, then our essence is the truth, and if you look deep enough then we find our essence is the fountain of youth. All forms exist from dawn to dusk, but only the faithful will get their fill; faith is best observed when “our” intention is guiding your will.
If the end were ever near, it might happen like a dream, because if our energy cannot be united our Earth will scream. If the Mother is upset, then it’s us humans who will pay. The transfer of energy will occur and new life will find another day.
Have we forgotten when our edges began to mold? When our core was first filled with the light? There’s a time far before our birth, when the Earth had no sight. There was nothing to see, for we had no eyes, just a massive rock spinning beneath hydrogen skies. No nose to smell, and no mouth to eat, years passed by as our Earth circled a sun’s heat. We grew fond of the light; from warmth all things grow, and soon our ice started to melt and our oceans began to flow. Do you remember how it happened? When the energy settled in our core? Rocky land sprouted upright before the seas settled on our shore.
Days passed by while we watched the light glow, then a stem sprouted through our dirt before we first felt it grow. Do you remember when it woke; the day our sky began to breathe? Once the root took hold of us we offered up nutrients a plant needs. Now this stem was alive and this root was our child, because once the petals opened up our seed began to smile. Rain quenched its thirst, then thunder gave it a name, because at the very beginning, no form was ever created the same.
A miracle had sprouted and the flower bloomed all summer, but when the fall began approaching, we were certain of the winter. Energy must be transferred, this is the law of our lives; every beginning has an end and now our heavens began to cry. We watched the petals let go, I heard you pray to our sky, but nothing could save our daughter, and so we watched our first flower die.
We froze that winter, and I cried all spring, but then two seeds began to sprout and our heavens began to sing. Lightening called down, sand kissed the seas; we offered all our energy so every flower could breathe. Soon fields became forests, now there were infinite seeds; it didn’t matter vegetables from fruit, the Mother supports all her children’s needs. Soon cells found bodies; now animals graze the Earth. All was aware because our Mother gave birth.
Do you remember her way; how this was always our path? Oneness is the future; One is the sum of all mass. Don’t forget about our first flower; Earth is the garden we grew. We were born to balance the darkness through the light inside of you. Treat your body like our child, as if it were the first flower; suffering can be surpassed through Karma and selfless power. Many forms came before us, but we are one in the same. Our ancestors are watching; we are the light within the flame. Don’t forget about our first flower, and that day we first died; seek humility in life, because death kills pride. Do not fear the end; it’s like a trip across a stream. No need to pack your bags; our energy transfers like a dream. For as long as we are separate, then we must not quit. Life has one I, and we are it.
In order for all form to become One, all earthly forms must emit and generate Prana in a state of Oneness first. This Universal State of Oneness can be attained under the following four principals offered up for all beings: proper food-Prana (lentils and rice for every person, and proper territories for the wild), land-Prana (all land must be cared for as if it were the individuals own body), Water-Prana (clean water to every thing on earth, single-use plastic is forbidden, and we must treat our source of water as the same hydration within our body), and shelter/space-Prana (peace of mind, community, and survivable conditions).
If one suffers, then all suffer; if the Mother dies, we die too. Only humans have the power to unite the Earth in the Universal Sate of Oneness, and only when humans have reached the Universal State of Oneness will we understand the value of the scared spirit within us all. When all beings have access to critical Prana: Food-Prana, Land-Prana, Water-Prana, and Shelter-Prana can the Earth’s consciousness bestow peace upon the land. Pray not for your individual soul, or for your family shared by blood, pray for us.
The only one who can save you, is the One within yourself. Make the choice to better; look in before out. Find compassion for everything because the spirit knows our souls route. And if there ever comes a time when all hope seems lost, recite the old Sia Medicine Song and carry on at all costs:
Grant our children life and happiness,
send forth the good south winds.
Send forth your breath over the waters,
that our world may be beautiful, and our people may thrive.
Far off, over there, Sun Father awakens,
and climbs up his ladder leaving his resting place.
May all complete life’s long road.
May our little ones know the sweet smell of the scared breath of life.
May all our children have maize that they may complete their journey.
Sit down, remain here.
We give our best gift, our best thoughts.
We inhale the sweet smell of the sacred breath through our prayer fumes.
